Justin Pitz is the founder and barber behind Axe to Grind Barbershop, built on one simple mission: make every haircut comfortable, calm, and stress-free. Justin specializes in working with children and adults with ADHD and individuals on the autism spectrum, offering a patient, sensory-safe experience that puts the client first—always.

Justin is known for doing whatever it takes to help a client feel safe and successful during their haircut — whether that means taking extra time, changing the environment, or even cutting hair on the sidewalk or sitting right on the floor if that’s what makes a child more comfortable.
